The Guildhall is the heart of the City, and the Tower Museum is an experience to be enjoyed by all - both are open 7 days a week all year round! The opportunity to become a Visitor Services Ambassador will suit anyone who enjoys meeting different people, helping others and has an interest in our City's history and heritage. Volunteer Ambassadors will greet visitors in Guildhall and/or Tower Museum in a friendly manner, help set up and provide basic refreshments, provide basic tourist and/or heritage information and help with events e.g. Halloween, Christmas, Mayoral receptions and guided tours.
